At Discovery Bootcamp, Bootcampers will learn the rules, regulations and law applicable to civil discovery in Georgia, with an emphasis on Family Law, as well as best practices in managing the discovery process and discovery disputes. Attendees will learn to properly draft and request documents and information from parties and non-parties through discovery requests and subpoenas, in addition to learning to draft thorough, complete discovery responses and objections.
